EOV is owned and managed by Dave Hough who has been a licensed VT P.I. for over 13 years and a former NY P.I. for more than 10 years. Mr. Hough has an extensive career background working cases in every forum; missing persons, attempted homicide, runaways, insurance fraud, evidence gathering in both criminal and civil cases, interviewing witnesses, skip tracing, asset location & recovery (Cert. Asset Recovery Specialist), infidelity, bail enforcement, surveillance and too many more to list. Mr. Hough also has more than 13 years of experience working for the State of VT Judiciary and the Dept. of Corrections in various capacities; court clerk, court officer, community service team leader, Advance Communications Techniques Instructor at the VT Correctional Academy, and Grievance Coordinator. Mr. Hough is also a VT state licensed firearms instructor with the Pistol, Revolver & Combat Shotgun, certifying VT professionals, re; Security Officers, Private Investigators & Armored Car Currier's to carry their duty firearms.
